Ah kids... the gift that keep on giving. It's just been a really bad week for listening in the Wickmansion, both at home and school. I hate that they're in trouble all the time, but sheesh! Something's gotta give! Riley hid donuts and ice cream (!) under the island 2 days ago, that was a nice melty surprise (not!).
Wednesday morning I got to go to the Evangeline Maid Bread Company with Riley's class for a field trip. What a neat thing to see! Bread smelling SOOO delicious and flying through the air on conveyor belts! The guy doing the tour was so odd, not excited in the least telling us about how people get their fingers cut off there and not to touch anything. And not to take pics. And not to sue. LOL! WEIRD! We all got a bag with a loaf of bread and a honeybun in it when we left, so that was awesome, no need to buy bread at the grocery store this week!
I had my second round of butt clinching, goose-egg inducing Faslodex shots this week. Yowza! They don't hurt going in, but dang 2 days later, I don't wanna move for fear of hitting that spot on each cheek!
